We're seeking a Founding CEO to take this venture from concept to market leadership. This is a rare opportunity to build critical infrastructure for a $300B+ global pet industry.

🏗️ What You'll Build

• Global Identity Platform — Biometric registration with nose print mapping, facial recognition, and optional microchip integration for compliance
• Service Dog Network — Connect pet parents with certified trainers, breeders, and adoption programs. Verification and credentials.
• Lost & Found Network — Community-powered alerts with GPS integration, shelter partnerships, and 94% reunion rate
• Travel Services Hub — Pet-friendly hotels, transport, vets, and services in 195 countries. All verified and bookable.
• Insurance Marketplace — Compare, purchase, and manage pet insurance. Claims integrated with health records.
• Pet Marketplace — Curated products from trusted brands. Food, gear, wellness, and more. Global fulfillment.
• Breeding Registry — DNA verification, pedigree tracking, and ethical breeder certification
• Partner Ecosystem — Integrations with airlines, vets, insurers, retailers, and government agencies

👤 Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an exceptional operator who combines strategic vision with execution muscle. You thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and know how to build both products and teams from scratch.

• Founder DNA — Previous founding experience or early-stage leadership (Series A or earlier). You've built something from nothing.
• Platform Thinking — Experience building marketplaces, ecosystems, or multi-sided platforms. You understand network effects.
• Industry Intuition — Deep understanding of pet industry, insurance, e-commerce, or travel/logistics sectors.
• Technical Acumen — Ability to work closely with engineering teams on biometrics, mobile apps, and marketplace infrastructure.
• Commercial Instincts — Track record of B2B sales, partnerships, or business development. You know how to close deals.
• Global Mindset — Comfortable navigating international markets and regulatory environments. UAE/MENA experience a plus.
• Mission Alignment — Genuine passion for animal welfare and building ethical, sustainable businesses.
